Where should the target frame rate be set to to have the best quailty picture?

I believe it is 24FPS because that is the speed at which the eye pieces the pictures together to get a smooth continuous running. (I think) Someone will correct me if i am wrong, but it is what I have my FPS set at.

30+ for the best quality

My PC

Intel Pentium 4 2.8Ghz
2GB RAM
160GB HD space
ATI Radeon X800XT Platinum Edition Video Card

Mine are capped at 27 fps.

P4 @ 2.4 gig. 800 fsb, 1024 mb. pc3200 memory.

That probs explains it! 2GB RAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I rarely get above 30fps. I see you have no problem with frame rates if you download fps hungry addons! I want your computer!!!!

How do you check to see how many FPS you have gotten up to?

"Shift+Z", in a rocker motion 2 or 3 times and you'll have 2 red lines of information at the top of your screen.
