Yes, and you can bring up your throttle quadrant to set automatic deployment or if you want to use them manually, you can use the mouse to move the lever incrementally. I prefer to set up automatic deployment.

I'm with SoCal Rick. I usually switch mine to auto while on final...then they deploy when the throttles are retarded at flair and the whells touch down (squat switch )...rob

so if i set the automatic deployment spoilers when i touchdown they delpoy automatic?

Of course, this only works if your aircraft actually HAS a speed brake. Not all have one; most GA aircraft do not, and the default Beachcraft King Air does not.
