Active Sky

Anyone know how to get the Active radar to show cloud formations...im getting nothing, just a black radar screen, and yes it is on.

I can't get anything to show up...i do have the airprts posted on the active radar, but no cloud formations or storm fronts. so i am showing nothing at all.

Any helpo would be greatly appreciated. I have rread the readme file and the other paper work that goes with it and still nothing.
