Registry Cleaner

Does anyone know of a good Registry Cleaner that does not contain any spyware? I found a few through Google, but I don't know if they are safe.

Regvac, set it for the novice mode and you can't make any mistakes.

Did you know that Microsoft made a registry cleaner?

No longer supported by MS but it works
