ikernal problem
hey im trying to install this program but when i click to install it i get this error message
i have already did what they said to do here but it didn't fix the problem

Try loading it in Safe Mode.
If the "Auto Run" won't start go to "My Computer" and click on the CD drive, you can use the setup or install from there.
Let us know how you do.

are you definately running it on a user that is set as an administrator?
worst comes to it, contact the tech support people for the game in question
well neither of those helped. is there a way to just do a reinstall of install sheild?
the installer installs each time you use one...
i would say call the game manufacturers support line, it may be a common issue they have had which they can help you with
