Dual Monitor Problem - Flight Simulator 2004: A Century of Flight (FS2004 General)

Hi,

I have recently set up my laptop to run with a second monitor - but FS2004 will only display on the laptop screen and will not let me drag any other windows over to the second monitor.

I know that people have done it in the past. Can anyone please give me any pointers?
