Anyone seen a flight yoke that lookslike a real aircraft yoke...for FS?

Have you heard of the CH yoke, or are you looking for a realistic control column?

If the CH yoke is what you are looking for, it is certainly a great product. While I don't actually own one, most people are thrilled at their purchase and is well worth the money.
