3. Aircraft Carrier CVN-63 Kitty Hawk Off the coast of San Francisco ( Located at N37*44.39 W122* 38.32 1000' Heading 063). SAU (116.2) VOR 200 radial 8 DME. Fly Northwest out of San Francisco International Airport (SFO) or Heading 200 from the Golden Gate bridge. Deck is about Heading 060.

BTW, you can land on this deck. I did it in a 172SP. Takeoff also. You will need to set your flaps full (100%) pull back throttle to give you a 600 FPM glide slope with about 60 KTS airspeed, line up on the wires and when you touch down, do a 30-degree steer to the right to avoid running off the deck. No wires + no hook + 172 brakes = crash in ocean.
