I have three questions..

1. How Do I get the Screen Wipers on

2. How do I get kind of like a smoke-beam just before landing when flaps are down

3. Where can I get a Cabin Announcer. All websites except avsim.com

1. You can't, windshield wipers aren't simulated in default aircraft.
2. You can't, you can turn on the smoke system in the Extra 300 but that's about it.

I agree, CRJ is right, but the wipers can be animated, so you might find it in some really good freeware.
Also, many other downloadable planes have smoke.
