How do I use a HSI, Heading indicator, with either gps or Nav...

What do I look at on the actual HSI indicator to navigate, is it like VOR or IFR

few HSI's will show GPS data...some advanced jets do in flight sim, but most don't. as you are new i presume you are flying something small anyway Wink

HSI's vary a fair bit, so please let us know which you are using for some direct assistance!
