Hey..
Can anyone tell me all the speeds, for take-off, climb, cruise, decent, landing, for B737-500?

These are only some rough figures and obviously a number of factors will change them but as a rough guide:

V2 at MTOW = 145
Vref at MLW = 128
Vmo/Mmo = 340/0.82

I just finished airline training. Here are some average speeds that are more realistic than max weight speeds:

VR 128
Initial climb to 1000' AGL: 145 at takeoff rated thrust (17 degrees nose high)
Climb fm 1000' AGL to 10000': 250 KIAS at climb power
Climb above 10000: 290 KIAS
Cruise: .78 Mach
Decend at 280 until 10000' than slow down to 250.
Traffic pattern: 210 on downwind, on base drop flaps 5 and slow to 180, intercepting final, drop gear and flaps 15 then slow to 150. Intercepting glideslope go flaps 30 (40 if wet or short runway) and slow to around 135 for landing.

I get to fly a real 737-700 for the first time on Wednesday!!!!

Congratz on flying the 737, must be quite exciting!!

But....isn't it right that you should slow down to 250 kts by FL100, not after descending through...? Wink

Hope your flight will go well, enjoy it ❗

You can be above 250 at 10000'. The 250 knot airspeed restriction applies to BELOW 10,000 ft. The ICAO rules for the EU are the same with respect to the 10000' (or should I say FL100 for Europe). I flew in Germany for 3 years. ATC vectored me over Rotterdam at 1500' one morning on my way to Valkenberg. Absolutely wonderful!!!
