you use a program, theres a lot of em, just put ib the data like airport from airport to, vfr, or instrument flights, and walla automatic flight plan complete with times and cruise speed ect.

IDK, theres so many , whats the best or a good one I couldn't say. think the last one i used was AI flight plan creater, maybe flightsim or avsim or even simviation i got. dave westbury i think, i am sure there are better. i hardly do it anymore, i just take a set of flight plans(because there are so many) and reedit them the way i like, mostly add different aircraft. or change some airports to were the airline was at one time or are at now.
