Chief CaptainThey work fine, it's the gauges that are the problem.
Yes the paints are made differently also but that's hardly noticeable.
POSKY claims that their FS9 aircraft will work in FSX.

Chief CaptainIf it was that easy all the payware would have been switched over to FSX by now.
Only a few companies have done some (Carenado did all-free).
