I just purchased the new ERJ package from simshack and everything works however I have no gauges,PDF etc. no engine data nor do the switches turn on. The painter will act as if it is turning but everything you need to fly and monitor engine functions are blacked out. I have put two work orders in with no responce this it getting old. Does anyone know how to fix this?

First run the auto installer that you bought again, make sure it's pointed to 2004.

If that doesn't do it:
Look for a gauge folder in the aircraft folder of that ERJ, if there is one copy all the gauges and put them into the main folder.
