Normally in that situation you should open the exit [Shift E] and maybe try shift E [let go] then quickly press no.2.

use the tailhook or wingfold command if the others don't work.

If you don't know how to use those commands go to Options, Controls, Assignments, general aircraft commands and from there you can assign key comands to ude the tailhook and winfold commands.

If that does't work try the frequency 108.00, but it is unlikely to work because that is normally used for the ground services supplied with certain scenery add-ons.
