Ok well my dad is giving me till tomorrow to make up my mind on what FS airplanes I want for X-mas. So here is what I need. I need your guys opinion. Now remember I love GA flying and only in single engine airplanes. If it has RG its not a big problem. The airplanes I was chosing form were the Carenado Cessna 206G and the Dreamfleet Beech A36. Can someone please tell me what you think of these. Is there any other Light GA planes that you know of that are good? If you have the A36 can you tell me how much of an impact the avionics package has on your FPS. Thanks.

Also, Just Flight's flying club aircraft are available for indivudal download from its website: http://www.justflight.com/flyingclub/ They are all high quality and amazingly accurate, with photoreal textures and real audio recordings!

I wouldnt get the 206G as there is a great freeware modle avaiable here: and also on avsim under the name 'cessna_206_ipaal.zip'

Hope this helps Very Happy

PS. what do you mean by 'If it has RG its not a big problem' ?

I think this is the only time we've been in agreement in quite a while.

Jared,

They all fly well. Get the one that looks best to you. The sites these planes are on, all have screenshots. Look them over and decide which one you want to have to look at over the next months and years.

Each of us differ in what appeals to us. The one you have to satisfy is yourself.

No impact at all, as far as I can determine.

I agree with CrashGordon I have not noticed any impact and my graphics card is by no means close to top of the line. Smile

Well you can be assured now that I have made my FINAL decision. Here's what it came down to.

1. Carenado Piper Cherokee 180
2. Flight 1's Flight Enviornment

Let me see if I understand. He says he likes to fly GA (general aviation) single engine planes and you suggest a Concorde???????

I realize you are chasing promotion to first officer, but just posting for its own sake doesn't do anyone around here any good.
