Downloaded file folder won't open

I downloaded the mega 737 pack 3 and 4 and now the file folder where I download my download aircraft to won't open, it just thinks and thinks and thinks about it? Any ideas? Cheers, David

You may have a corrupted download.
Try again but use a different browser.
