Am an old (74) retired Air Force, and want to fly simulators. Can you tell me whar kind of stick to buy?
Thanks,
Bowlegs
It would depend on what kind of aircraft you want to fly. For commercial or light planes I would recommend the CH flight yoke and rudder pedals. If you want to fly fighter aircraft or other planes that use a stick instead of a yoke there are several good sticks available. Logitech is one, just make sure to get one that has the twist handle for rudder control. Whether or not you want feedback is up to you.
One thing I look for is one that is optical rather than than potentiometers. They seem to be more trouble free.

You took enough time to put in more links than I did. Maybe that is why I was faster. 🙂

I've been posting on boards for well over ten years, it's the message that counts. I don't look for spelling or typing errors.
You do just fine Greekman72, keep up the good work. 🍻

Since English is not your native language, you are to be commended for your effort. 👍 Most people can't communicate in a second language.
What does irritate me are the people for whom English is the native language, who don't give a damn about how they spell, punctuate or capitalize.
A forum for those interested in flight simulator is not the same as the mostly useless text messages via cell phone those folks are addicted to.
Thaks a lot CrashGordon. 🍻
